Munson also granted the motion of Luciano L. Dereas through counsel F. Matthew Smith to pay the $100 assessment fee within 30 days and to “remain at liberty” on the same conditions previously ordered.
But he must also contact the U.S. Marshals Service every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, by telephone, to determine whether a facility has been designated, Munson said.
Munson also ordered Dereas to complete 100 hours of community service under the direction of U.S. Probation Office.
The federal government was represented by Assistant U.S. Attorney Kirk Schuler.
