Motorola Xoom at stake for highest donors to iConnect’s Japan Relief Drive

As an added bonus and in sincere appreciation, Motorola Mobility (Motorola’s newly spun-off company for its mobile devices) has partnered with iConnect to give away Motorola Xoom tablets to the top three donors to this fund drive. iConnect and Buddy subscribers have until March 31 to contribute to iConnect’s Japan Relief Drive.

The Motorola Xoom Tablet, which runs on Android 3.0, is the winner of the 2011 CES Best Tablet/Best in Show award.  It is considered one of the most advanced Android devices available in the market today.

The “Today, We are all Japanese” campaign is open to all iConnect and Buddy post and prepaid subscribers. iConnect and Buddy subscribers can donate $5 by texting the word JAPAN and their name to 5276 (JAPN) on their iConnect and Buddy phones. Each donation will automatically be billed to iConnect or Buddy postpaid accounts or deducted from prepaid accounts. iConnect will donate all proceeds of this fund drive directly to the Japan Red Cross.
