Leepan Guerrero
THE CNMI Republican Party proudly announces the election of Lee Pan Guerrero as its new president following an energizing leadership vote that saw more than 600 registered Republicans casting their ballots.
Guerrero expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all who participated in the election process, including those who took the time to register or re-register as Republicans and those who came out to vote.
“I was truly overwhelmed and excited to see so many old friends returning to the party, as well as new faces joining our Republican family for the first time,” Guerrero said. “Your participation shows that our party is alive, growing, and ready to take on the future together.”
The election marks a new chapter for the CNMI GOP as it looks ahead to the 2026 general election.
Guerrero acknowledged the work that lies ahead and pledged to lead with unity and an inclusive approach that welcomes all who believe in the core values of the Republican Party.
“We have a lot to do, but I’m confident in our ability to expand our membership, strengthen our platform, and bring more people under the GOP banner than ever before,” he said. “I want to thank every candidate who accepted a nomination — your willingness to step up and serve during this critical time is a testament to your courage and commitment to our Commonwealth.”
Guerrero concluded by calling on all Republicans, new and returning, to stay engaged and work together as the party prepares for November 2026 and beyond. “The road to the general election begins now, and we are ready to move forward — together stronger.”
