(NMC) — Northern Marianas College is reminding students that they may still qualify for a Federal Pell Grant even if they are enrolled part-time. Pell awards are adjusted according to a student’s enrollment status, ensuring that eligible students can continue to receive financial assistance while pursuing their academic goals.
To qualify for Pell, students must:
• Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid
• Meet Pell eligibility requirements
• Upload all requested documents to their Portal+ account
• Be enrolled in an academic degree program at NMC
• Maintain satisfactory academic standing
• Have Pell Lifetime Eligibility Use available
