The organizers are making a final call for the community to send the names and address of military personnel who are deployed anywhere but have listed the CNMI as their home.
The organizers of the annual Operation CNMI Homefront Support are hoping to send more care packages to the servicemembers who can’t make it home for the holidays.
Overall in-charge Candice Dunston of American Red Cross said it does not matter where the servicemembers are deployed.
Last year, the Homefront Support sent 240 packages to those stationed around the world.
Working with the Operation Homefront Support for this year are American Red Cross-NMI chapter’s John Hirsh and Candice Dunston, MCV’s Mark Birmingham, Geri Willis from the Department of Commerce and Angleo Villagomez of Beautify CNMI.
“If you know of anyone who would like to receive a package, have them send addresses via e-mail to [email protected] or call me or John Hirsh at 234-3459,” Dunston said.
