“Bishop Thomas Camacho already gave us the go signal to hold the event there,” she added.
UFO is now accepting participants in the chorale, Nativity and lantern making contest.
The winning entry for the Nativity contest will be displayed in front of the church while the entries for the lantern making contest will be exhibited at the Paskong Pinoy venue, Yana said.
“We are hoping to have more participants this year,” she added, as she invited community members, regardless of ethnicity, to join the contest.
For more information, call her at 285-7893 or 234-6529.
Paskong Pinoy will be held on Dec. 19, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Yana said UFO will put up booths that sell food, refreshments and local products during the event.
There will be games for children and entertainment provided by local performers, she added.
