Kaholani Lynn Hocog, 19, was released on Monday on personal recognizance.
Police said the incident occurred around 9 p.m. at their mother’s residence in Kagman.
The older sister said she woke up Hocog around that time to tell her to move over so her two children could sleep in the bed.
Police said Hocog got mad and threw a pillow at her sister’s feet and threw another at her two children.
The sister then decided to move her two children to her brother’s room and they later moved to their grandmother’s house in Dandan.
In Dandan, the sister called the police which dispatched an officer to Kagman to interview the mother.
The mother said Hocog got mad when she was awakened and started “throwing stuff out of the house.”
Hocog also attempted to burn their kitchen table, the mother told police.
Hocog’s next court appearance is scheduled for April 25.
