The amendments include setback and structured parking requirements.
At present, Dela Cruz said, some rent-a-car businesses are using sidewalks as extended parking areas, which hinder the pedestrians’ right of way.

Dela Cruz said the proposed amendments are based on the recommendations and comments from the zoning board, the delegation, and from members of the public from the various villages.
