“This is the time for the kids to show their talents, shine and be discovered, and bring home attractive prizes,” JC Café manager Lot G. Bunao said.
The talent show will start at 2 p.m. and end at 5 p.m. on August 20.
Bunao said children can showcase their talents in singing, dancing, playing musical instruments or any other talent.
This is the first time for JC Café to host a talent show for the children.
“We want to give them something interesting to do for the summer,” Bunao said.
The idea to hold a one-time talent show for children came from the recently concluded Showtime Magpasikat (Be Famous) Challenge which JC Café hosted monthly from February to July.
Bunao said although it has been challenging, the overall feedback from the community for the show was good.
The hard economic situation encouraged Bunao and her staffers to think of activities that can divert the public’s attention from daily problems while spurring economic activities on Tinian.
