For parents of kindergarten students: The child must be 5 years on or before Aug. 31, 2006 as required by Board of Education policy. The date of birth must be between Sept. 1, 2005 to Aug. 31, 2006.
Registration requirements:
• Birth certificate
• Health certificate
• Health/accidental insurance
• Map of residential location
• Power of attorney/legal guardianship (if applicable)
• Copy of report card
• Unofficial transcript with the address and phone number of the last school attended
Kindergarten – May 2-6
1st to 3rd grade – May 9-13
4th to 6th grade – May 16-20
