The two, who lost by 370 votes, said they received $28,752 in cash through fundraising events and $136,800 cash general contributions.
The Independent gubernatorial team of former Sen. Juan T. Guerrero and his running mate, former House Floor Leader Joseph N. Camacho, spent $164,160.25 on their campaign.
Of the figure, more than $89,000 cash were generated through fundraising events and the rest were from general contributions.
The Independent team of former Sen. Ramon S. Deleon Guerrero and his running mate, former Education Commissioner David M. Borja, declared total disbursements of $39,485.95.
Gov. Benigno R. Fitial and Lt. Gov. Eloy S. Inos had not filed their campaign statement of account as of press time last night.
In the 2005 general elections, Fitial spent $336,000 on his campaign.
