Suspended sentence for punching a man

Superior Court Presiding Judge Robert C. Naraja also placed Odicta, 29, on one-year probation under the direction and supervision of the Adult Probation Office.

The Attorney General’s Office said Odicta punched Orlando Deleon on March 4, and slapped Jeralyn Odicta on the following day.

Naraja required Odicta to write a letter of apology within 30 days and to pay restitution for his victim Orlando C. Deleon in the amount of $280.54 within 90 days of change of plea hearing.

Odicta will pay a $25 court assessment fee within 30 days, a $100 probation fee within four months, and a $100 fine within six months, the court ordered.
