Cruz told Macaranas that “your unprofessional and delayed response [to our Open Government Act] request validates our inquiries of questionable improper activities taking place in the Aging Center.”
Cruz was asking Macaranas for copies of rules, regulations and guidelines for both local and federal programs, explaining how the senior citizen program is implemented.
He also wants information regarding the policy on Title 5 of the Senior Community Service Employment Program, workers compensation accidental insurance policies, the scheduled shuttling program for senior citizens, registration and insurance of all vehicles used by senior citizens ,and service contracts for preventative maintenance.
Cruz is also seeking information regarding the status of the manamko’s appointment with the doctors.
He wants to see copies of directives pertaining to disqualifications from the Title V, Senior Community Service Employment Program.
