Wiseman found probable cause to believe that Eric Aguon committed the charges.
Aguon and a juvenile were arrested for robbing a restaurant in Chalan Kanoa, armed with a rock and piece of wood.
Authorities have yet to charge Aguon’s mother with obstruction of justice.
Aguon has been charged with one count of armed robbery, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of theft, one count of conspiracy to commit robbery, one count of underage person consuming alcohol, and four counts of disturbing the peace.
The court has set a $25,000 cash bail for Aguon.
Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Dockter is prosecuting the case while Assistant Public Defender Michael Brown is Aguon’s counsel.
Aguon was remanded to the custody of the Department of Corrections after the court hearing.
