(CNMI Judiciary) — On April 18, 2024, the CNMI Supreme Court issued Administrative Order No. 2024-ADM-0008-MSC which closed the Guma’ Hustisia on Friday, May 3, and Monday, May 6, 2024, for building maintenance, which includes the draining and cleaning of the facility’s water tanks and drainage system. Due to the nature of the maintenance, there will be no running water in the Guma’ Hustisia. Judiciary facilities on Tinian and Rota will remain open on these dates.
While facilities are closed, judiciary personnel may be activated for emergency and essential services. Bail, family protection, emergency, and time-sensitive hearings may be set as necessary. Visit www.NMIJudiciary.gov for court information.
The Guma’ Hustisia will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, May 7, 2024
