‘They will come out’

“I have faith. They will come out,” Quitugua told Variety.

He said the Federal Bureau of Investigation is updating his family on a daily basis regarding the progress of the search and investigation.

The FBI yesterday started downgrading its presence as agents from Hawaii, including Labrador Retriever Pohaku, left the island.

“They are not pulling out of the case. They are downscaling presence of their personnel, but the their search and investigation continue,” said Quitugua.

He continues to urge the public, friends and family members “to be always on the lookout for new tips or developments and to inform authorities.”

The total reward money for any information leading to the recovery of the sisters or prosecution of person or persons behind their disappearance is now $50,000.
