To the people of Saipan.

I just want to say to the people of Saipan regarding the dog control program sucks so much that I have been calling them for almost 3 days to have my dogs taken away. Should I trust them to get off their asses and do their job or not; because, if they don’t, they will tarnish the next mayor-elect that comes in even before he starts working. I strongly advise that the staff members think about the people when we call them. I have seen some dog control staff driving around my village with no cages and no stray dogs in the back. Do not tarnish the next mayor-elect with this minor issue even before he starts working for the people. All I’m asking is that the staff members should do their job when asked from the people.
