The former officials are scheduled to appear before the House committee on Feb. 20, 2024 at 10 a.m., Yumul said.
The committee will also summon former Gov. Ralph DLG Torres, but Yumul said they have yet to decide when.
The committee also agreed to issue a subpoena duces tecum and subpoena testificandum to KSPN2 News.
The committee earlier issued subpoenas to Marianas Variety, Saipan Tribune and KKMP Radio. These media entities and KSPN2 were sub-contracted by Non-Stop Corp. and Roil Soil Advertising to print and/or air advertisements promoting BOOST.
Yumul said the media outlets were asked to submit the invoices for advertising costs and other documents related to the BOOST program.
