Westpac Freight assets to be auctioned on Monday

CDA Executive Director Manny A. Sablan said they are trying to collect a debt and all payments received from the bids will be used for that purpose.

The assets to be auctioned off include furniture, fixtures, trucks, back hoe, cement mixer, delivery van, shipping container, office furniture, and other various items.

Sablan said CDA requires full payment before the property can be removed from the site, either in cash, or certified credit cards like Visa or Mastercard. All payments must be made by or before 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 30.

CDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids

The Westpac Freight assets were first put on auction on Oct. 30, 2009 together with two other properties on Rota.

Interested persons who wish to get more information or inspect the items can contact CDA loan manager Oscar Camacho at 234-7145

To get a full listing or inventory of the assets, pick up a copy at the CDA office at Gualo Rai or log on to www.cda.gov.mp.
