Daniel was the former commodore of the squadron of prepositioning ships anchored at Saipan harbor and retires from his present command of the Navy’s Maritime Expeditionary Security Force.

Daniel in his address mentioned his command in the Northern Marianas as one of his favorite past commands and acknowledged Wiseman’s assistance to the U.S. Navy’s mission in the CNMI in his capacity as co-chairman of the armed forces committee of the Saipan Chamber of Commerce.
Wiseman stated that he felt privileged to have been able to attend what was a very impressive and enjoyable ceremony and was pleased to have participated in it.
