The filing of nomination petitions will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2010.
Nomination petitions for governor and lt. governor must have the signature of not less than 100 registered voters and not less than 25 registered voters for those seeking a legislative seat.
The filing fee for the candidates for governor and lt. governor is $200 while the filing fee for legislative candidates is $100.
