Board chair Mariano Taitano said acting zoning administrator Yubert Alepuyo had already informed all conditional-use permit applicants about the postponement.
If the government lockdown continues, Taitano said the board will ask the legal counsel if they could conduct a public hearing through teleconference.
Among the companies with pending applications are Global Corporation, which is proposing to occupy a pre-existing, one-story structure for a bed and breakfast establishment in Garapan.
The Shalom Church is proposing to occupy a pre-existing one-story structure in Fina Sisu Village while Saba Corporation wants to operate a car wash establishment in San Antonio.
The zoning office is still accepting comments from members of the public regarding these proposals.
