Man, 64, sought by police in criminal sexual conduct offenses

HAGÅTÑA (The Guam Daily Post) — Police are looking for a 64-year-old man to question in connection to offenses related to criminal sexual conduct.

On Friday morning, the Guam Police Department issued a wanted flyer for William Robert Reyes, 64.

“Reyes is wanted for questioning relative to criminal sexual conduct related offenses,” the flyer states, adding that Reyes drives a silver Nissan Frontier King Cab pickup truck.

In the flyer, Reyes is described as 5 foot, 3 inches in height and weighing 208 pounds, having gray hair and brown eyes.

According to GPD, he was last seen in Baza Gardens in Yona, which is an area he is known to frequent.

Police believe it’s possible Reyes is evading apprehension and may leave the island. The flyer also states Reyes has two active arrest warrants.

GPD’s Criminal Investigation Division and Domestic Assault Response Team are urging the community to contact detectives at 671-475-8540 or 671-475-8615 if Reyes is located.

Prison record

According to Department of Corrections records, Reyes was previously charged and arrested in December 2002 with three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

As a result, he was committed on Dec. 10, 2002, and released ten days later.
