The man was identified as Brian Smau.
Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that Smau was arrested for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol on March 30.Aguon said that an off duty police officer called at 10:40 pm on Monday and reported an auto crash incident at the Emmaus campus ground.The police report indicated that Smau drove his vehicle recklessly when it ran off the roadway and ran into a coconut tree.Aguon said Smau refused to submit himself for breath test.He was cited with DUI and reckless driving.
