Man in theft case released from custody

Jerome Blesoch also denied his charges when he appeared for arraignment on February 20 with counsel Assistant Public Defender Jason Shaw.

Blesoch entered a not guilty plea to his charges.Blesoch was charged for stealing $250 from Mid-Town gas station in Meketii on February 6.Blesoch was also charged for aiding and abetting a juvenile when the juvenile burglarized the Mid Town gas station’s office to steal cash money.The information stated that Blesoch received stolen property.The police affidavit stated that Blesoch and the juvenile were together on February 6 and were aboard a vehicle when Blesoch told the juvenile to burglarize the Mid Town office.Blesoch dropped the juvenile off near the Mid Town station and the juvenile armed with a knife and pliers broke into the office while Blesoch waited in a distance.The juvenile came back with the loot and they left the area.The affidavit stated that Blesoch and the juvenile split the money.
