Tatiou Tellames also known as Tationg Tellames, Anastacio Tellames and Anastacio Camacho was charged on February 17 with child abuse, attempted assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and disturbing the peace.
Tellames appeared on February 20 for arraignment and entered a not guilty plea to the charges.He posted a $2,000 surety bond and was ordered to stay away from the victims.His status conference is set for March 20 at 9:45 am.The affidavit of Bureau of Public Safety stated that a disturbance at Tellames residence was reported to the police on November 7.The affidavit stated that defendant was drunk and was chasing a 17-year-old boy with a knife.The victim’s younger brother called police and when police arrived later, the officer escorted the defendant to a relative house and told him to return home only if he is already sober.The affidavit stated that in the early morning of November 8, Tellames returned to his house and kicked and punched the 17-year-old victim in the head.When the victim fell to the ground, the defendant bit him at the back.The victim’s younger brother tried to intervene but was bitten in the leg by the defendant.
