MINA holds orientation workshop

(MINA) — Now in its 13th year, MINA’s Schools for Environmental Conservation held an orientation workshop at American Memorial Park on Feb. 11 for middle school-aged students and their science teachers to bring awareness of environmental issues affecting the CNMI.  This year’s cohort will be learning about the benefits of recycling plastics and the importance of keeping this type of debris out of our oceans.
