Bureau of Public Safety Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that the couple were cited for maintaining a nuisance.
The young boy suffered punctured wounds, Aguon said.The incident was reported to the police on January 19 at 11:34 p.m.The victim’s father reported that his son was biten by a dog in front ofan establishment in Malakal.Police responded and cited the owners for violation.Aguon would like to remind the public to secure their pets to prevent similar incidents.Meanwhile a minor was cited for driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent and for illegal consume of alcohol.The incident was reported to the police on January 20 at 1:19 am.Police spotted the vehicle driven by the minor.Police suspected that the vehicle was taken without the owner’s consent.The vehicle was pulled over and the minor was cited for violations.
