According to the police report, Jane Salvador, employee of the bar called and reported to the police that the Imperial bar was burglarized by unknown suspects.
Police immediately responded and conducted a preliminary investigation.
Based on their probe, suspects entered the bar by opening the window medal covering air condition hole. Suspects stole 13 different kinds of hard liquors worth $2,600 and fled away.
The case is still being probed.
In other news, a man was transported to the hospital after he was stabbed by his own brother in Ngerbeched, Koror State on Thursday.
The victim was identified as Raymond Tiakl, 21 years old while the suspect was also identified as Denny Tiakl, older brother of the victim.
Base on the police report, at around 3:30 am on July 29, duty Officer H. Ubedei and his partner were conducting routine patrol in Ngesekes. When they passed Tiakl residence, Raymond approached the police and asked for help reporting that his brother Denny stabbed him with a knife.
Police stepped out from the patrol car and helped the victim to be brought to the hospital.
Raymond sustained stabbed wounds on his lower back while the suspect fled immediately upon seeing the police.
The motive has yet to be determined while the case is under police investigation.
