Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that the driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the crash on Saturday in front of the 3D motel.
The incident was reported to the police at 1:18 am on April 25.The police report indicated that a single car was travelling east bound when it ran off the roadway and collided with a pipe railings across the road by the 3D motel.Police is still investigating the incident.Aguon said they are still trying to identify the operator and the owner of the car.Meanwhile, Aguon said they issued another citation to a nightclub in Koror for not complying with the “no serving alcohol after 2 am” law.Aguon reminded the establishment that if they receive three citations in a year, it can be grounds for revocation of license.Aguon asked the establishments to comply with the law to avoid citation problem.
