Compact chief negotiator Joshua Koshiba, Palau’s Ambassador to the United Nations Stuart Beck, Palau’s Ambassador to the U.S. Hersey Kyota and members of the Compact review office, were on hand to answer questions from the lawmakers.
Lawmakers were told that Alcy Frelick from the U.S. State Department’s Office of Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Island Affairs will be Koshiba’s counterpart in the review.The Compact Review Office has opened its new office at the old OEK building in Koror.The office is asking the public to submit comments regarding Compact issues.Its mailing address is P.O.
