PNCC Offers Amnesty Program for Past Due Accounts

Beginning on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 to Tuesday, August 31, 2010, PNCC will waive all interest and penalty fees for customers who have account balances of more than one year, to settle their past-due payments through this Amnesty program offer.

“This is a great chance for our customers to save money and get their accounts up to date, and also to reapply for these services with a “clean slate”, said Leo Ben Teriong, Chief Financial Officer.

He added, “We urge all customers who have past due balances to come in and talk to our billing staff, who can help make arrangements for installment payments until your obligations are fully paid.”

PNCC has hired a Collection Agency and so after August 31st, all unsettled obligations will be referred to the agency. An additional 25% fee will be assessed on accounts that are referred to the Collection Agency.

If you have questions or concerns about your current or prior PNCC accounts, please do not hesitate to contact PNCC Billing Manager, Ms. Pkngey Otobed at phone number 587-9000 or email to [email protected].
