Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon identified the arrested persons as Duffy Tulensru, 31; Lloit Ikeda, 33; Ulai Yaoch, 26; Kimberly Waslo, 27 and Jun Wu, 46.
The suspects were apprehended after police officers responded to incidents of assault and battery, disturbing the peace, drunk and disorderly conducts, malicious mischief and DUI and reckless driving that took place from May 31 through June 4.The police report indicated that a security guard from Palau Community College called police on June 3 at 12:30 am and reported an assault and battery incident.Initial investigation disclosed that Tulensru punched another person for disturbing him at the PCC dorm.A disturbance was reported to the police on June 2 at 7:35 am.Police responded to the scene and arrested Ikeda for assault and battery.On June 1 at 10:26 p.m., a woman called police and reported that a female relative who was under the influence of alcohol was disturbing their residence in Ngerbeched.Police responded and arrested Yaoch for disturbing the peace.On June 4 at 2:10 am, Wu was pulled over by police for traffic violation.Wu was asked to step out of the car and was found to be extremely intoxicated, wabbling and could not stand straight.Wu was subjected for a Field Sobriety Test and failed the test. He was arrested for DUI and reckless driving.Waslo was arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct for causing disturbance at the Happy Hour KTV on June 4 at 12:25 am.
