(Office of the Governor) — The Women’s Affairs Office and the CNMI Women’s Association announced that the 8th Annual Women’s Summit, which was scheduled to take place on Thursday, Aug. 26, 2021, will be postponed until further notice due to a sudden necessary venue change because of ongoing Covid-19 mitigation measures.
In order to ensure the safety and security of every participant, speaker, and presenter for this year’s summit, the WAO, CWA, and the summit planning committee made an executive decision to postpone the summit until a new venue has been determined.
The community will be updated on a new date for the Women’s Summit once a new venue has been confirmed.
