The hearing will begin at 10 a.m. with government witnesses offering testimony on Bill 8-28, which will amend Title 9 of the Yap State Code concerning public land, and for other purposes.
Principle witnesses for this measure will include Gov. Sebastian Anefal or his designee, the chairman of the Council of Pilung, the chairman of the Council of Tamol, the state attorney general, the chairman of the Lease Committee and Sen. Jesse Raglmar- Subolmar, proponent of the measure.
Bill 8-30, introduced by Raglmar-Subolmar will amend Yap State Law No. 4-4, YSPSC, to remove restrictions on revenue, and for other purposes.
