Number one in the team standings are the 9 Eleven Rebels with 25 wins.

Rustlers vs Kabalen

Ideals Sign JC Rustlers defeated Bamboo NSA Kabalen 10-3.

In their matches, the Rustlers’ Mark Butac and Chester Hamoy bagged individual wins while Kabalen’s Jerry Soriano snatched the remaining game in the opening Singles 8-Ball event, 2-1.

The Rustlers’ lead continued to grow as Rowel “Cobra” Marian and Albert Pangilinan paired up to claim the Partners 8-Ball game. Two more wins were contributed by Robert Sanciangco and Hamoy before Kabalen’s Soriano stopped the bleeding.

Down 2-5, Kabalen tried to kill the Rustlers’ momentum with Lito Pangilinan and Soriano winning the second Partners 8-Ball game.

However, the Rustlers swept the third Singles 8-Ball game and the last two Partners 8-Ball matches to secure the win, 10-3.

Destroyers vs Dead Eye’s

The VFW IT&E Destroyers, for their part, took down the Last Shot Dead Eye’s, 11-2.

The Dead Eye’s Victor Formales drew first blood, but the Destroyers’ Jeff Garcia, Nolan Cultura, Rolly Villanueva, and Roman Rodriguez took over the scene by winning the next 10 games consecutively.

Although defeat was inevitable,  Dead Eye’s made sure they did not go down without a fight as John Dunkerton and Donnie Williams worked together to claim the third Partners 8-Ball game before the Destroyers’ cruised to an 11-2 victory.

Skeptron vs Rebels

The 9 Eleven B.E. Skeptron had the chance to break away from the pack, but they were edged by the 9 Eleven Rebels in a hard fought match.

Skeptron seemed to have the upper hand with Jess Farinas, Joef Lagmay and Arlon Buensalida sweeping the opening Singles 8-Ball game.

The Rebels then returned fire with  Mervin Sahagun and Eric Baugh winning the Partners 8-Ball game while Sahagun and Phil Kalen pulled a 2-1 run in the next Singles 8-Ball match to reduce the deficit, 3-4.

Skeptron tried to extend the gap once more with Mark Ignacio and Farinas taking the second Partners 8-Ball match, but the Rebels turned the tables with a three-win sweep to take the lead for the first time that night, 6-5.

Skeptron’s Lagmay and Farinas managed to even the score with another win in a partners game, but the Rebels’ Sahagun and Baugh claimed the final Partners 8-Ball game to seal victory, 7-6.
