JONNY’S Darty Queens outclassed the Bistro Rookies, 12-3, in the ladies division of the 2023 SEDA Bud Light Dart League, Monday, at Jonny’s Bar.
The Darty Queens found their groove early in the night as Mei Rengiil, Nicky “Aguguat1” Mikel, and Frances Santos notched a 3-1 run in the opening 301 Double In/Double Out game to grasp the lead.
As a team, they were unstoppable with Leslie and Ramona “Fluffy” Magofna, along with Mikel and Joma Santos, sweeping the Partners Crazy Cricket game to widen the gap, 5-1.
The Rookies tried to kill the Darty Queens’ momentum with Kayla Rosario and Loryann Lizama grabbing the first game of the Partners 501 match.
However, the Darty Queens quickly recuperated as Ramona Magofna and Rengiil claimed the next game and the rest of their team reestablished dominance with a 4-win sweep in the Singles Regular Cricket match to secure an early win.
Facing defeat, Lizama and Jennifer Rosario scored one more win for the Rookies, splitting the Partners Half-It match before the Darty Queens bagged the final Team 1101 match to seal the deal, 12-3.
