The event is hosted by Al Cabael Production Company, and will consist of four bouts:

The first bout starts at 6:30 p.m.

“Expect to see Saipan and Guam’s techniques in boxing,” Al Cabael said. “This is an exhibition in an attempt to bring boxing to the forefront of sports in the CNMI by demonstrating boxing skills.”

The fighters from Saipan have been training for over a year, he added, and are expected to gain experience and exposure to different boxing styles when they go toe-to-toe with their Guam counterparts.

Also on Saturday, master boxer Barry Wicksman and 12-year-old junior boxer AJ Manalo will perform a demonstration of shadowboxing and mitt work.

For his part, former World Boxing Board lightweight champion and Mauler Boxing Club trainer Miguel Arrozal will perform a demonstration of a boxing exercise routine.

The events sponsors are 103.9 KZMI, Alamo Rent A Car, Paradiso Resort & Spa and Power 99.
