April 9 will be the target day for the Annual Sports Dinner organized by the Palau National Olympic Committee in which the gathering of all sports federations happens at the Palau Pacific Resort to reward their most outstanding athletes.
It is an event for everyone at all levels of sport and provides the opportunity for the community to recognize all athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers and sponsors and many other partners making a significant contribution to all sports development and programs.
National Federations were obligated to submit their nominations to Marcy Tellei at the Palau NOC Office and will be carefully looked at and reviewed to determine and athlete of each association that deserves to be awarded.
Concerned sports associations and interested parties are reminded that tickets for the Sports Award are still available at the NOC Office and that they are asked to please pick up their respective tickets from Serafina Sato in order to help sell tickets.
In other news, for TEAM PALAU MICRONESIAN GAMES UPDATE, the team will have their next meeting on April 6th Tuesday – 11:30am at PNOC Office while on April 8th Thursday there is the 1st Team Palau Gathering of All Athletes, Coaches and Officials with Palau Leadership at PCC Cafeteria at 6:00pm.
