Ms. Reklai is the daughter of successful businessman Mr. Philip Reklai and Mrs. Leilanie Reklai, Governor of Aimeliik State. Bella is 17 years old and is currently in her final year of high school at the prestigious Mindszenty High School.
Bella discovered her talent in athletics in 2006. For the past three years she has been training diligently on a regular basis and has participated in various regional and international competitions as well as local competitions. World Championship in Germany September 2009, Personal Best time of 13.73 Oceania Championship in Australia September 2009, 7th Belau Games August 2009100 m Gold Medalist 200m, Gold Medalist World Youth Championship in Italy August 2009, and Oceania Championship in Somoa December 2006.With all the prestigious accomplishment of Bella, it is truly a perfect choice to have her hold the Flag that she is representing for the competition at the Cook Islands.
