Camacho, Laniyo rally for Brotherhood’s 9-3 win over Sai-Pal

With this win, Brotherhood has maintained a perfect record for the season.

Brotherhood came from behind as Camacho who went 2-for-3 drove in a two-run homerun and Laniyo who also went 2-for-3 drove-in a three-run homerun.

Ben Tagabuel went perfect at the plate going 3-for-3 for Brotherhoods’s six-game winning streak.

The struggling Sai-Pal drew first blood scoring two runs in the top of the first inning but went dry in the next five innings for their third loss in five outings.

Choll Aces 9, Ngiwal 4

Dennis Renguul went unstoppable leading Choll Aces battle it out with Ngiwal and beat them, 9-4 for their fourth win in six games. He went 4-for-4.

Darwin Masaharu and Payton Sakuma scored the two decisive runs sending Ngiwal to 1-5 standing.

Man Amigos 12, Haga-T 0

Man Amigos also kept their perfect record intact as they shut out Haga-T, 12-0 for their third straight win during the fourth game.

Defending home run and RBI King, Joey Dela Cruz hit a grand slam in the bottom of the fourth inning for Man Amigos who opted to keep a difficult task of staying undefeated.

Mark Flores and Jeff Cabrera went 2-for-3 and Mike Sablan went deep allowing only one hit in five innings.

PIC 17, Falcons 11

After dropping their first four games to open the season, PIC finally got their bats working for their second win after beating Tanapag Falcons, 17-11 during the fifth game.

Thuderson Sokau went 4-for-5 with three RBIs.

Anne Capelle and Glen Policare scored three runs apiece to lead PIC.

Policare and Jr Ngeskebei added three runs.

Jason Reyes and Mike Pangelinan both went 3-for-4 for Falcons.

PTI 2, Ready Mix 0

PTI ended Ready Mix’s five-game winning streak as Roque Camacho outlasted Joe Celis in a pitching duel that turned up as the tele-communicators shut out the second undefeated team during the final game of the day.

Celis gave up four hits.

Wise Aguon and Theo Minor scored the winning runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to improve their record to 5-1.

Sakudi 20, Atu Asi 0

In Women’s Division, the undefeated Sakudi shut out Atu-Asi in 10-run mercy rule to share with the Hitters the possession of the lead in the league.

Pitcher Charlene Cabrera and the defense were outstanding, as Sakudi exploded with five runs in the top of the first, four in the fourth and did not look back as they kept scattering runs all the way to fifth inning.

Hitters 7, Esta Ombe 0 (forfeiture)

The Hitters gained another victory without a sweat after an easy 7-0 forfeiture win over Esta Ombe that came with one short of player.
