THE Hut’s Darts the Way I Like It finished second in the Flame Tree Thursday B Division’s regular season of the 2024 SEDA Bud Light Dart League, but still ended the year with a bang by winning the Bud Light Cup after outlasting Bravo Poksusu, 8-7, in the finals at The Hut.

The game could have gone either way as both teams were equally matched.

Darts the Way I Like It went on the offensive with Jerad Atalig and Kayla Reyes winning the opening set of Partners 501 games.  But Poksusu’s Jacoby Cabrera and Michael Roppul notched the next set for the first deadlock of the match, 1-1.

Despite Ton Aldan’s attempt to keep Darts the Way I Like It afloat by winning the first game of the  Singles Crazy Cricket, Poksusu’s Roppul, Cabrera, and Kelvis “Small Hit” Alexander claimed the remaining three games to grasp the upper hand, 4-2.

Poksusu split the Partners 701 games in an attempt to stay afloat, but  Darts the Way I Like It cooked up a 3-1 win in the Singles Half-It games for the second deadlock of the night, 6-6.

Both teams continued to notch wins, reaching a stalemate once again at 7-7.

In the final Team 1101 game, the teamwork of Atalig, Mike Laniyo, Aldan and Reyes outshined that of Poksusu’s Cabrera, Alexander, Roppul, and Dexter “Daddy Dex” Castro to secure the win for Darts the Way I Like It, 8-7, and the Flame Tree Thursday
