The tournament will run from January 26 to February 4, with arrival and departure dates at January 24 and February 5, respectively.
The CNMI, invited through the SML, will be joining host team Guam along with Australia, New Zealand, Palau, and American Samoa.
Similar to the South Pacific Games earlier this month, the championship will follow a round robin format.
Venue will be at Guam’s Paseo Stadium.
“Further information regarding the championship draw and arrangements will be announced shortly,” stated Igitol in a press release.
In addition to selecting players from its ongoing summer youth league, the SML will be holding tryouts for players 18 years old or below. Those turning 19 this year or before the tournament are not eligible.
