Brabu Pharmacy took a hard loss, falling 101-66 by the end of the final period.
Fixers’ Chris Lansang piled 11 points in the opening minutes, landing three three-pointers past Brabu’s Arthur Montes and JR Roque. Lansang bagged four points in the second quarter and six in the fourth for a 21 total. Teammates Jawn Joyner and Rio Montano gathered 15 and 13, respectively.
Brabu fell behind 17 points early in the first half with its lead scorer Mungkal struggling for possession.
Fixers’ Chris Camacho added 10 points, and Tim Wesley and Elmer Pineda scored eight apiece. The team’s well-balanced lineup included Jan Artates, JM Llagas and center Jun Abedes, who tallied six points each.
Mungkal, Montes, and Joe Ito narrowed the scores with four three-pointers in the third quarter, but time was running out. Nelson Alfonso’s late-game rush earned Brabu seven more points in addition to four from Ito.
The Fixers – keeping their momentum – led 82-50 by the last period.
