Members of the NMI’s U12 Baseball Team, which saw action in a qualifier tournament on Guam, pose for a photo. According to team leader Herman Kintol, “Great job all around Team NMI! From the players to coaching staff, organizing committee, parents, and families who played a role one way or another to make this trip possible for the World Baseball Softball Confederation qualifier tournament. Not the scorebook end result we wanted but our boys progressed game by game, they built a chemistry bond through the past 90+ days leading up to the tourney and made friendships that will last a lifetime. They represented our home the only way we know, loud in the dugout and with pride on the diamond. Our humble squad battled till the final pitch of each game with heart and resilience. This special U12 group will rock Little League Baseball in a few months with their respective teams and hopefully they can be able to play together again in the 2025 Asia-Pacific All Star team.
