The 19-handicapper posted 47 in the front nine and gained 50 in the back nine for a 97 gross.
Guerrero was initially ranked fourth below Ray Tigilau, Joe Demapan, Tars Olopai, and Lawrence Camacho Jr., but the top four had either claimed a monthly title earlier this year or did not play enough rounds to qualify.
May Ace Ray Tigilau scored the lowest net with 69 followed by Demapan at 73. Olopai, who was last month’s Ace, followed with a 75 net while Camacho trailed at 77. Camacho was the RGA’s Ace for September.
Guerrero survived a tiebreaker with Joe Saures, who also earned a 78 net. Saures’ score will be the net to beat for the upcoming December Ace Tournament on November 20 at the Kingfisher Golf Links.
Listed below Guerrero and Saures with their nets in parenthesis were: Tony Rogolifoi (80), Diwaine Stephens (81), Manny Mangarero (82), Jess Wabol (83), Tom Tebuteb (88), and Joe Wabol (89).
Closest to the pin was Tars Olopai on holes No. 8 and 15.
The RGA’s annual Club Championship and Family Fun Day events are scheduled for December 11 and 18, respectively at Coral Ocean Point.
