Kae Bernardo took a hard fall in the final quarter but kept Inchcape alive with 24 points. Bart Demapan bagged 10 for the team, Jun Tabora tallied 18, and Jun Pantaleon mustered five.
Estolas and his crew led 16-18 in the first period but lagged behind due to turnovers. Ernie Moises scored six points in the first half, leaving the rest of the game to Jorge De Guzman and Toto Banatasa.
Both teams took a hit as Mobil’s Joe Tudela and Inchcape’s Ferdie Tobias fouled out.
Estolas earned six points in the third quarter, but couldn’t fix their one-point deficit.
Inchcape stormed ahead, 35-31 in the second period and 52-51 by the second half. Demapan landed back-to-back jumpers while Bernardo shot one layup and two free throws in the fourth quarter.
With the clock ticking, Estolas hammered Mobil’s last three-pointer.
Inchcape, holding their lead, kept possession in the last six seconds.

The Island Apparel Hotshots launched an all-out assault to beat team Triple J-Sandy Beach Homes, 76-57 in an earlier game.
JR Barrios led the Hotshots’ main offensive from start to end, piling 32 points for the team. Errol Peredo — making no baskets in the first quarter — recovered with six points in the second quarter and 12 in the second half for an 18 total.
Barrios pulled off two jump shots past Bobby Geli and Teddy Bugay before unleashing his second three-pointer.
Triple J’s Ron Siroy, one foul away from leaving the court, held on alongside Cris Jarabe and Frank Crisostomo.
The Hotshots dominated, 50-34 by the third period and pulled away with six points apiece from Mike Umali and Ron Gamboa.
Jarabe top scored for Triple J with 16 points, Crisostomo made 10, and Teddy Bugay and Viola earned nine each.
