Marvin Palacios had four of his five strike outs to hold the G-Ballers scoreless in the fourth and fifth innings and nailed them to four runs.
Oscar Sablan rocketed a two-run homer and Jeff Isaac tripled in the top of second inning.
Before the G-Baller could recover from their three-run deficit, the Island Rebels lambasted them with seven base hits three of which were devastating home runs.
Roy Celis singled before Toi drove him in with the Island Rebel’s second home run. Byron Kaipat singled as well, which again followed by BJ Babauta’s homer, the team’s third.
After Craig Sanchez was thrown out leaving Isaac alone in the scoring spot, Oscar Sablan fired their fourth home run of the game to widen the gap.
The G- Ballers rampaged with six base hits in the bottom of the sixth inning with Paul Salalila knocking-in a two-run double.
The Island Rebels pulled away again as Toi fired a two-run double, Kaipat a two
RBI single and Isaac a run-scoring triple.
Jude Dickerson rocketed a three-run home run for the G_-Ballers in an attempt to close in but Island Rebels’ shortstop Roy Celis and first baseman Wally Chong ended their hope by trapping Ray Blas between first and second bases.
Chura 13, Freedom Air Flyers 8
Despite Mel Sakisat’s three-run home run in the top of the first inning, Chura was trailing Freedom Air Flyers but that was only towards the third inning.
Freedom’s feat in keeping the lead was cut short by Stanley Laniyo who foiled Dennis Cruz line drive to the center.
Chura took its turn to take the lead as Ben Mesa fired a run-scoring single and Eli Rangamar drove-in a run with an error on the centerfielder.
Jess Iguel had an RBI single and scored a run to secure their 13-8 victory.
Natibu 12, UR Balls 2
Ned Norita had five strike outs and of the nine hits he gave up, only two scored runs and Natibu ruled the game over UR Balls, 12-2.
After Oliver Secharmidal’s RBI double in the bottom of the first inning, UR Balls could hardly have a base hit until Secharmidal went ballistic again, this time, hitting a solo home run.
But that was already in the sixth inning, when Natibu had gone too far with five runs lead.
Dustin Quitano had an RBI double in the first.
BJ Sablan hit a solo homer in the fifth inning and a two-run homer in the seventh.
Man Amigos 13, Team Familia 3
Manny Sablan and Peter Sablan fired a two-run home run in the first inning and Man Amigos never looked back securing their 13-3 victory over UR Balls.
Joe Torres, JJ Laniyo and Mark Flores fired a run-scoring double.
Julian Camacho drove-in a run with sacrifice fly in the second inning.
JJ Laniyo launched a two-run home rim in the third inning and Ray Villagomez added an RBI single.
