Ed Cosino scored 12 of his 23 points to set a strong lead for Loyola in the second quarter.
Cosino who led the team in the first quarter firing eight points also basketed nine of his 14 free throws.
With Ferdie Dela Torre backing him up, Tabora picked up where Cosino left off, sizzling with 11 points in the third quarter and 12 points in the final including four penalty shots.
Dela Torre scored 12 of his 22 points in the second half to help Tabore defend the lead and Loyola kept pulling away to win the game.

Ryan Sanciangco scattered 18 of his 32 points in the first half and Leo Pagarao rampaged with 11 of his 25 points in the final quarter to help Saipan Fresh Market beat IT&E, 106-97.
Sanciangco invested in two-pointers to tally 12 points in the second quarter while Jun Estolas fired nine points including two three point shots.
Estolas sank his third rainbow shot to finish with 19 points.
