Center fielder KJ Kalen went 1-for-5 and bagged his game-ending run on a single from Ray Ray Saralu at the bottom of the seventh.
Saralu hit an RBI single at the bottom of the third to drive Brett Halstead in and score the Jets’ first run. Teammate Nathan Sablan squeezed in a two-run single, followed by another RBI single from Francisco Palacios.
The Lions led 8-6 at the top of the sixth, but faltered on consecutive runs from Sablan and Palacios.
Jets starting pitcher Jonathan Villagomez switched to short stop and went 1-for-5 with two runs and a single.
Saralu, Sablan, Palacios, and Halstead posted one run apiece.
